Bai Sema

The Ordination hall is the most important part of a temple and it stands physically apart from all other buildings.

The hall is marked by eight Bai Sema stones, which are named for their likeness to the the leaves of the Bodhi tree.

Another Sema stone is buried in the ground under the hall at the place where, directly above, the main Buddha image will be.
